I did and now I see discussions on classmates like "Who was your favorite nun?" The only thing that comes to my mind is none! Daily beatings and ridicule were common. Favoritism was king. If the nuns liked you, you were set. If they didn't you were dog meat! I want to thank you for puking on a nun! My only regret was that it wasn't Sister Florence Therese!! If she goes to heaven then I don't want to. She is the meanest person that I have ever met, even now!!! No wonder I did well in football! After attending that prison, all I wanted to do was hit people hard!!Every time I made a tackle, I saw Florence Therese!! Nothing like a good Catholic education!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5845436933807383233.post-14175716152592406912011-01-17T19:17:59.073-05:002011-01-17T19:17:59.073-05:00I am amazed that you can remember RI so well. I am not sure why I went but I think it was a way to get out of school for a few hours. All I remember is a crazy Rabbi telling us we should cover our ears if we heard the word Christmas mentioned. I told this to my mother who me that was ridiculous and I should not do that.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
