Ok, so who wants to live next door to me?
And what better place to live than good old
East 4th street between Beverly Road and Avenue C.
We are Kensington and we are proud!
And to all my old friends who left the block,
now's your chance to move back. We can play hockey
on the street and hang out on the front porch
just like the old days.
Thats all because my good friend Rob has his
beautiful bottom floor apartment for rent.
And the price has been reduced to a very fair 2250.
I have to tell you this place is really nice.
And just like my house this apartment has tons of
original detail.
